"Südtirol": Stained painting surface, especially in the areas of the sky as well as areas here missing colour which may be inherent to the work. Work-over area lower left below the signature and upper left in the corner. Otherwise in good condition.
"Bodensee": Minimal staining, otherwise in very good condition.
Frame: Both in very good condition.
