EARLY DOUBLE-HANDLED GLASS GOBLET WITH POWDER ENAMELLING AND HUNTING ENGRAVING.

Technique: Acromatic glass with violet and dark blue powder inclusions, enamelled handle sections, bronze mounting.
Description: The shape is cylindrical with two large handles. The base is a bronze mount with a twisted
ornamental band running across it in the shape of a tooth cut. A finely engraved flower on
each side opposite. Cut volute decoration on the glass body. Finely engraved with a stag
hunt above.
Measurement: Height 15,5cm, width 21,5cm.
Mark: Inscribed 'E G' with Lorraine cross, engraved on the wall.
