Technique: Charcoal on paper.
Measurement: 41 x 33cm.
Notation: Signed and dated lower right: GROSZ 16.
Condition:
Sheet clearly discoloured. Minimal paper losses at the upper left corner (ca. 0,5 x 2,5cm), the lower left corner (ca. 0,5 x 0,1cm) as well as the centre of the right edge (ca. 0,5 x 0,3cm). Slight creases in the uper right and lower left corner. Minimal traces of handling. Minimal traces of the creation process and one fingerprint. Verso remains of an old mounting as well as minimal stainings. Otherwise good condition.
Verso includes a sketch, here equipped with the estate stamp.
There is a confirmation of the authenticity of the work from Ralph Jentsch, Rome, dated August 2022. The work will be included in the oeuvre catalog of works on paper.
