"WALZENKRUG" TANKARD WITH BREWERS' GUILD SIGN AND "WALZENKRUG" TANKARD WITH GRAMBRINUS.
Germany.
Date: 18th c. Once dated 1780.
Technique: Beige body with white or light blue glaze and coloured decor. Tin mount and hinged tin lid.
Measurement: Height 22,5cm/ 22cm.
Both tankards with hairline cracks. One defective pewter lid.
Provenance:
Estate of Wilhelm Zersch, former tenant of the Fürstliche Brauerei Bad Köstritz.
Germany.
Date: 18th c. Once dated 1780.
