Title: Footit et Chocolat.
Date: 1894.
Technique: Lithograph on beige coloured vellum.
Depiction Size: 20 x 24,5cm.
Sheet Size: 35,5 x 25cm.
Notation: Monogrammed (in the stone).
Condition:
Sheet slightly discoloured with stainings. Two folds (lower fold with remains of an old mounting). Minimal traces of handling. Minimally worn sheet edges. Remains of an old mounting on verso. Otherwise in good condition.
From the edition of ca. 2000 copies. The sheet was produced in Nib, a supplement to the Revue Blanche. It depicts the clowns George Footit and "Chocolat", who performed together in the Nouveau Cirque. There is another lithograph on the verso.
