Notation: Signed and dated verso at the top on stretcher: Jan Kubicek 1988-1995. Additionally verso signed, titled and dated on label in the centre of the stretcher: JAN KUBICEK "GETEILTE FORMEN, ZWEI DIMENSIONEN" 1988/1995. Next to it once more signed and dated.
