PORCELAIN TEA POT WITH STRIPED DECOR IN THE STYLE OF EAST ASIAN 'BROCADE WARE'.

Meissen.
Date: 1740-1780.
Technique: Porcelain, decor painted blue under glaze. Painted-over in purple, iron red and golden.
Description: Alternating white- and blue-ribbed stripes with leaves and flower vines in iron red and
purple. In between stripes painted blue under glaze with white and gold floral and vines
decor.
Measurement: Height 11cm.
Mark: Swords mark, painted blue under glaze. Blue painter's mark of Möbius.
