NETSUKE OF A MOTHER WITH HER SON.

Origin: Japan.
Dynasty: Early Meiji period (1868-1912).
Technique: Ivory, carved and finely engraved, partly stained black and red. On the rattle drum and the back of the boy a stone inlay, probably coral.
Description: Underneath denoted: Ryogyoku.
Measurement: W.4cm.
Condition A/B.
