YAMA DHARMARAJA WITH SWORD.
Origin: Sino-Tibetan.
Date: 18th/19th c.
Technique: Copper bronze with fire gilding, painting and inlaid stones.
Description: The god of death stands sideways on a buffalo, below them a lying human body. With his
right hand he swings a big sword over his buffalo head with red flaming hair. Pedestal and
figure cast separately.
Measurement: 1393g, h.20cm.
