BUDDHA VAJRADHARA.
Origin: Tibet.
Date: 18th/19th c.
Technique: Copper bronze with fire gilding.
Description: The vajra scepter and bell, which he holds with crossed hands in front of his chest, are
his characteristic attributes. Noticeable is the large and richly decorated crown that
adorns his head. The high chignon is crowned by a half vajra. Bottom of the figure closed
and possibly ritually filled.
Measurement: 553g. H.13cm.
