Technique: In Cizhou style. Ivory colored earthen ware, glazed transparent with fine crazing. In bas-relief four medallions painted in purple and manganese brown.
Description: The wall compressed in square shape. Old gold lacquer repairs (kin tsugi).

Signature: Underneath signature of Kenzan (Ogata Kenzan, 1663-1743), but in the style of.
