CYLINDER-SHAPED GLASS VASE WITH BIRCH LEAVES.

Date: Ca. 1900.
Technique: Acromatic glass, leon-yellow interior overlay, overlay in magenta and towards the base with martelé cut.
Description: The shape resembles a cylinder with a triple pinched vase neck at the top. The wall is
decorated with multiple glossy etchings on a marbled ground. The decoration shows birch
branches growing down from the neck of the vase.
Measurement: Height 39,1cm.
Mark: Inscribed on the base 'Daum Nancy' with Cross of Lorraine, incised, reworked with gold dust.
