PAIR OF MAGNIFICENT SILVER GIRANDOLES EMPIRE.

Date: 1st half 19th century.
Technique: Silver. Plinth of the foot filled.
Description: On plinth three curved feet in the shape of dolphins, supporting the conical shaft with
acanthus décor. A widely protruding, three-armed candelabrum is inserted into each of the
vase-shaped spouts. These inserts also with chiselled acanthus leaves, dolphins and
rosettes.
Weight: Ca. 1800 (only the three-arm top pieces)g.
Measurement: Height 53,5cm, width 44,5cm.
Mark: The top pieces marked: 13 for standard 812,5, no inspection mark, maker's mark Meyer.
