VERMEIL TANKARD.

Technique: Gilt silver.
Description: Vaulted stand with acanthus arcs under slightly tapered body , densely decorated with
scrollwork, fruits on draperies and cherub heads. The slightly bulbous hinged lid is
correspondingly designed and has a coil shaped knob. Ear-shaped handle with pearl
ornamentation on its upper side.
Weight: Ca. 655g.
Measurement: Height 20cm.
Mark: Without detectable marks.
