PAIR OF LARGE BLUE AND WHITE FLOOR VASES.
Origin: China.
Date: 20th century.
Technique: Pocelain, underglaze blue décor.
Description: Stretched ovoid shaped body on a strong foot ring with a high, concave neck and flared,
bulging rim. Decorated in underglaze blue around the neck with lancet-shaped decorative
bands. On the body two large reserves with a pair of pheasants and pines, cut back from a
background with dense clouds.
Measurement: Height each 81cm.
Signature: Seal stamped on the bottom.
