Date: Ca. 1700.
Technique: Carved wood and coloured and polychromed in gold.
Description: Each with a console pedestal, the evangelist Luke with the attribute of the bull, John
with the eagle, Mark with the lion, Matthew with the angel.
Measurement: Height 54cm, width 31cm/ height 58cm, width 33cm/ height 56cm, width 31cm/ height 59cm, width 33,5cm.
Polychromy rather severely worn and flaking, the console base poss. later.
Provenance:
Aachen private collection.
Presumably originally attached to a pulpit basket.
