PENDULUM CLOCK WITH AMOR & PSYCHE.

Technique: Gilt bronze.
Description: High rectangular base with a fine relief, depictng the sleeping Psyche and Amor who leaves
her at dawn (depiction after Francois Edouard Picot). On top of it the clock case,
designed as a rock formation, with Cupid honoring Psyche with a flower wreath. Dial
imitating rocks and with Latin numerals on round enamel plaques. 14-day pendulum movement
with thread suspension and half-hour strike on bell.
Measurement: 48x35,5x12,5cm.
